Tickets are basically tasks one assigns to an individual or a group. On top right of the page there are two options "view tickets" and "new tickets". If you want to view your tickets or all the tickets simply click on view tickets. If you want to create a new ticket simply click on New ticket. When creating new tickets you can set priorities, types and a host of other options which makes assigning tickets easy and precise. The screen shot will give you a better picture as to how you may assign tickets and what options are given.
