- to assign a ticket simply click on new ticket and assign a ticket to your desired person.
- you can set the priority, duration, versions and milestones when assigning a new ticket.
- tickets can be assigned for a new task or to fix old ones.
- to view the tickets assigned to an given individual simply click on "view tickets"
- here all the tickets assigned to the employees of tmm-ltd are displayed.
